It’s not normal to feel sadness everyday.
It’s also not normal that your having thoughts on suicide and self harm.

Sounds like your depressed.
Your doctor should have addressed the situation.

Make sure that you contact him if things get out of hand.

Depresive symtoms are a part of sz.

Are you serios thinking about it or do you have intrusive thoughts about self harm and suicide?

That’s awesome. What do you study?

Did you tell her you were suicidal?

those arent intrusive thoughts. Im studying to become a groomer and a vet assistant.

I told her that I thought of one day to commit suicide but not now.

ive just self harmed. Im not ok, I had 10mg valium and 5mg olanzapine but im not getting better…

Please go to the ER if you are continuing to self harm and are having suicidal thoughts.

if the thoughts dont stop in a hour ill go, just feel bad for going because my mother will yell at me for going to the ER, she doesnt understand.

I agree with @Wave. You need to go to the ER if you’re harming yourself and thinking about suicide. It doesn’t matter who doesn’t like it. Your safety is the most important thing here. And i would find another pdoc who takes your symptoms a little more seriously. Suicidal thoughts aren’t just a normal part of life and shouldn’t be ignored.

Your mother wants you alive. She might find a hospital visit to be inconvenient, but inside she wants you alive. Have you been to the hospital before?

yes, ive been there alot last year, I was in a really bad shape. Also im getting better now, must be the valium and the olanzapine.

I’m glad you’re experiencing some relief.

If you are feeling upset or in crisis, please tell someone — a friend or family member, a teacher, a doctor or therapist or call 911 (if you’re in the U.S.) or the Emergency Medical Services phone number in your country.

You can also call a suicide prevention hotline—these are available in the U.S. and in many other countries.

so another week has passed and I self-harmed again. I wish I wasn’t feeling this pain…
