Mine isn’t playing music. I tell Alexa to play Kashmir for example, and I know she hears me but no music comes out. I ask her “what’s wrong” and she answers everything is OK.

Mine just played a radio station, not sure if I can ask it to play artists more specifically though.
Might be a connection issue your end

I unplugged the power cord for 30 seconds and then plugged it back in. It’s working now.
