Hi.at my workplace i m experiencing some mobbing issues.one of my collegues are making fun of my social abilities.i m here with disability position and i know my rights but i don t know what legal action should i take against this mobbing.can anyone give useful advise please.
Go to Human Resources and file a formal complaint. I am so sorry that you are being harassed and bullied. I have been there. Many times. Stick up for yourself. Put it in writing. I hope they do something to help you.

hmm? Go online and look at labor and industries or whatever the equivalent it is in your country, if you’re not in the USA and research how to handle it. You have rights. You just have to figure out what they are and where to go.

i had an awful experience on my job that is similar and it wouldn’t stop for literally years and years. i wrote my congressman about it and that’s how they could not fire me.
but it didn’t stop the harrassment part or the snubbery or the belittlement that they all do to me.

This is very, very common.
Typically, we like to leave inactive threads alone and just start a new thread instead. This is different than how some forums are run, but we do it this way because it frequently upsets users to have old topics revived when they are no longer relevant. It can also be frustrating to the person who revived the thread when they don’t get a reply, because the original poster is no longer active or no longer finds the topic relevant. Feel free to start a new thread on this topic.
