I sleep like 2 hours a night. Even with a large ass dose of kpins. It really weighs on me. But yeah I’m alone and extremely angry at myself. Idk just want someone to vent with

Thanks fellas it’s early as hell lol. But yeah I take 6 mg of kpins pass out no problem but in like 2-3 hours I always wake up 100% in a panic attack, I really don’t like using bentos for anxiety I hate the way they make me feel @Sezbot241 @339

I just wanna sleep sometimes. And in my predromal state or how ever you spell that. You wouldn’t even believe how long I was awake😔

Nah my dreams are almost always what someone calls a nightmare. Buuut they don’t bother me at all I’m hyper aware of a lot of things and dreams are on of them

Ah I looked it up. Clonazepam. Okay. Benzo medications generally only last for approx 4 hours after taking them. What other meds do you take?
Oh okay, because I used to wake up in the night and looking at the clock and get panic as I used to wake up at 3 and dont fall a sleep after that, The solution I found to not looking at the clock. waking up happend about a month. Later had good sleep.

I get injections of ability, I take adderal when I first wake up. Mostly just for my mood and some add issues. I recently stopped some meds but this has been going on sence predromal
And man. When I was locked up all I did was stare at the clock in a catatonic state, sense then I have a weird obsession at stareing at the time. Sometimes for hours
Have you talked to your pdoc about your sleep disruption?
Any yeah they kpins last longer than Xanax that’s why they switched me. But I still feel the kpins when I wake up so it doesn’t make sense to me
A little bit… I kinda tell her I sleep for 4-6 but that’s just because I’m scared of doctor. I’ve had some bad experiences with them and feel in my heart that telling them everything backfires
