Is a PS5 worth it?

They lowered the price of PS5 slim Edition.

I have some money saved because I was thinking of buying new clothes. But don’t know if I need it.

The PS5 is tempting but I don’t know if there’s any good games on it. Also I don’t know if I’ve outgrown playing games. I don’t find playing games is as exciting as when I was younger.

But it would also stimulate me because I don’t do anything with my day.

What do you say?

Swoop in to get a cheaper used unit when the PS6 comes out. Don’t pay a premium.

I am debating on getting a PS5 or XBox Series X. I’d like to hear people’s opinions too.

I’ve been gravitating towards the XBox because it has the Halo games.

For game pass the XBox is awesome. It’s also a more powerful console.

For exclusives I like the PS5.

If you think you will get your moneys worth out of a PS5 I would grab one.

The PS6 is prognosed to come out in 2026-2027. I don’t know if it’s worth the wait?

I had a Nintendo switch which I regrettably sold. Although I got a good price on it.

If I could get one, between Xbox X and PS5 idk which I’d chose; both look amazing as far as games capabilities goes - tough ask.

I never liked the Halo games.

I like survival horror games, silent hill 2 is coming, dead space, last of us 2, resident evil, Bloodborne.

I haven’t played red dead 1 and 2. Grand theft auto V.

Those are the games I’m interested in.

I got my PS4 for next to nothing when PS5s were the New Hotness. My daughter ripped it off but now she is living back home and I get to play with it.

I am perfectly happy with the PS4 games and in no hurry for the PS5.

I played and completed red dead 2. I really enjoyed it. Great game.

The new PlayStation controller kicks butt from what I heard. The only negative I heard about it is that it gives you cramps if you hold it for too long.

The XBox controller seems cool too, but not as high tech as the ps5 controller.

I have 2 PS5s.

PlayStation Plus allows you to play thousands of games for free at the click of a button.

Beautiful console.

Id say it depends on you’re age because the games that are good on the ps5 are totally different to bangers of the 90s like Pokémon, crash bandicoot, Mario cart, call of duty, Minecraft. Games these days are difficult to enjoy for me and I always have an eye on knew games. Seems like everything becomes a copy of other games so why buying a ps5 if the ps4 can do the same job for ya.

It doesn’t play PS3 games. I got the XSX so I could play 360 games, Xone games, and XSX games on the same system. I don’t want to hook up an old console.

If you want one wait for a discount, maybe by a slim or regular when the pro comes out. The pro is not worth it, it is a money trap for people who have more money than sense and want to show off like a diamond gold platinum watch.
