I know I keep changing my mind but now I’m becoming extremely irritable
To the point where I have the urge to take out some of my anger towards the public.
No now it’s time to talk with my psychiatrist
I really don’t need an escalation of my symptoms to become out of control.
Things are becoming less safe for me.
I’m going to email my doctor this afternoon

Not worth getting arrested Wave.
It might be the right move to go back on a higher dose of meds. Im no doctor though. Talk to your doc.

Not the general public
For example there was these workers cutting down trees two houses down from me yelling out loud to each other.
It was getting on my nerves and I was going to confront them to quiet down.
Felt like telling them to shut up!

I know how that is man … if meds can help you . Mabye use them. Idk how u are but for me that crap just keeps building up until I loose control

I became very irritable and wanted to confront everyone after being on asenapine for a while.
The longer I was on it the worse I got.
Went right back to my normal self once I was off it and on Zyprexa (olanzapine) and risperidone

Somethings that help me when I get irritable are:
No, or very little, caffeine
Watch tv or listen to music
Take a shower. I take a hot shower, but some people claim that a cold shower helps their mental health
Exercise, if you can
