Introducing the entertainment for the night

I was at the park today, enjoying a soda and listening to Revolver in my car. I was kind of half keeping an eye out for what was going on around me.

About a month ago I was parked at night near my house at a deserted shopping center. It had shut down and went out of business so sometimes I just go in the parking lot to get out of the house when I need space.

A van with a young girl drove by and she looks at me and I looked at her. And then she kept driving close and she had some guy with her. IDK what their trip was but after awhile I just glared and they got pissed and there was a little standoff. They decided to leave and. I admit it made me nervous and. I left. It could have been ugly and I thought. I could have handled it better.

So today, the exact same thing happened. A van with a teen girl and a guy drove by. But I learned from the past incident. They went by once and I thought it was innocent. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then they came by a second time. I remembered the last time so I didn’t glare or try to scare them. I caught their eye and gave them a look like, “You’re cool, but I’m a little suspicious.”

And then they drove by a third time and I caught their eye and they acted like it was a coincidence and they tried to play dumb and. I was only 50% sure they were thinking of me. Then they drove by a fourth time acting like it had nothing to do with me. By this time I knew they were very suspicious and they were driving all around the big parking lot. I just said screw it, I tried to respect them and they’re playing for a fool so I stared and glared at them and threw in some laughter for good measure. Idiots.

They parked and I thought it was over with but by this time I didn’t trust them worth a damn. A fifth time and I just stared at them unmistakeably like they were crazy and lame. It finally ended and they left. I have to admit it bugged me but it was kind of fun making fools of them.

They were probably hoping to cuddle and wanted to be alone. You were killing the mood.

I seriously doubt that.

I totally did that when I was dating.

You drove around staring at strangers? Somehow I don’t doubt that.

No you want them to go away. So you can be alone.

It has nothing to do with what happened today. Sorry if I’m a little short. At first I thought I imagined the disrespect in your answers to me. Now it’s unmistakable and disturbs me.

You’re being paranoid. @anon78876561 is the least disrespectful person I know.

And those kids either wanted to be alone to make out or were trying to figure out what sort of thing a grown man by himself is doing at an abandoned shopping center.

Sorry @77nick77 no disrespect was intended I was looking at it from their perspective as to maybe why they didn’t want you there. That’s all.

Sorry then @anon78876561.

@anon4362788, it was two different incidents and these parking lots are huge. They sought me out when I’m peaceably sitting in my car. Why should I give them the benefit of the doubt when they go out of their way to drive by me 5 times. To me, that spells looking for trouble.

And last time, I checked, it’s a free country and sitting in a car listening to the radio doesn’t seem out of the ordinary.

That’s totally bizarre. I can’t even imagine what they would want.

Some ppl just like to provoke others, I had a friend like that who likes to annoy ppl. He creates fights in clubs often. He was a trouble maker. I left him bcz he got me into fights and I don’t want to get stabbed or shot one day.

They were looking for a drug score…you looked shady sitting in your car in an abandoned shopping mall.

And you should stop doing that. You’re going to get yourself into trouble.
