I always have internal voices. i have 3 so far: 2 female, 1 male.
they are different from intrusive thoughts.
voices have gender, age, personality etc.
they have their own distinct vocal tone & pitch. doc says that whether they come from outside or inside, they are hallucinations. they could also come from a body part or from an object.
my voices are beings who live in my head.

intrusive thoughts are quite different.
they are unpleasant images or thoughts that pop up without my will. I dont have many of them.
can you see the difference?

I dont even have bachelors …i am still giving bachelors …due to congnitive impairment i cant take study seriously
And i cant pass my exam …!!!

disorganized is hebephrenia. they usually have hallucinations etc. you dont. right?

Never had voices delusion and hallucination …!!! Just general grandeur delusion as positive symptoms and i have almost all the cognitive and negative symptoms …med will not care those last domains …!!!
you have the most difficult things to face. negative symptoms are harder to treat…
