Anyone done fecal transplant? It sounds discusting, but most of us are not in the position to avoide if it can improve our health and mentall health as well.

Replacing ones bacterial colonies in the intestinal tract with that of someone else. It’s actually very serious and necessary.
If things get to far out of balance no probiotic or anything will bring it back.

People get boost of energy and well being after a week. Its much quicker way than compare with taking probiotic for years, and there is posebility it wont have an effect as fecal transplant.
I thought fecal transplants were more for people with severe intestinal issues- like Crohn’s or irritable bowel syndrome. Although I know that having a healthy digestion can improve your mental state, I’ve never heard of using a transplant for such a thing. Interesting idea, though, I must say.

Yeah there are some studies on schiz being linked to gut problems , its not something I would do though.
I think I may have IBS. I don’t want to do the procedure where you go under and check with a camera so I take a prescription strength antiacid medication. But yeah I don’t see myself doing this…
I would absolutely love to have my fecal transplanted.
