There’s a great YouTube channel that has explanations of things at varying levels starting with explaining it to a child and then all the way up to graduate level explanation sort of made me this remind me of it

I love all those. And I will put the one about the cage of thoughts in my house. I’m real good at building cages of thoughts, apparently.

It is not as good, but I bought myself a card once, saying “you do not have to believe everything you think”. I put it up in front of me if I start to slide into delusion. I’ll put the cage one next to it. :slight_smile:
