@JustTrish I am thinking about your idea of writing a blog. As I understand this, it would be like writing a diary. But my writing does not usually come to me very easily. I sit and reflect and pray for about an hour sometimes before I can write something. Like this evening.
Here is what I thought about. I take a certain amount of hate. (I believe this.) Then a while later (weeks) I forgive that hurtful feeling. This works in such a way that I do not have much permanent hate (or pain) to deal with. I have alternating conditions of suffering and then relief. I do not hold a severe grudge. That source of that hate is a spirit, in my system of thought.
Also, that same spirit assists me in my writing.
My mother says this is delusional.
Today I felt relief.

Several years ago, I had a blog. I would post something daily. It was very freeing. It was slow going at first.it helped me process.
