And the doctor and physical therapist was right, we took off the bandaid and it was covered in stuff

My ankle gets sudden spasms of pain now and then… it sucks

My ankle hurts so bad because I walked so much but we had to have food and all the scooters at Walmart were gone

I took a pain pill about 30 minutes ago and have been off it since the med so it fells a little better, I dread getting up again though… I fear it’ll hurt again… I have a pretty high pain tolerance too and in most cases will not take one unless it’s pretty bad so I’m really hurting

Well my ankle looks SOOOOOOOOOO much better! It’s not nearly as swollen and it just looks better
