I feel refreshed. my colleagues are being weird like in a not so great mood. Maybe they don’t like me. But u know what ? Don’t care!!!

When I go through one of my Sz funks, I don’t sleep well and go to work looking tired.
This one female co-worker kept telling me EVERY day, “Oh. You look tired.”
I put up with this for weeks until one day I finally snapped. One morning she said AGAIN, “Oh. You look tired today”. So I replied…
“Oh ,Yeah? Well you’re ugly! And tonight I’m going to get some sleep and come in here tomorrow looking refreshed. But you will still wake up UGLY!!”
It felt bad. It was a really mean thing to say but I was at my wit’s end with her. She hasn’t spoken to me since.
But yeah, great to hear yer feelin ‘saucy’!! Turn that frown upside down!

Great man,you owned her totally,haha.It sucks to have such colleague who only comment and not leave you alone.Comment like “you look so tired” can be irritating or annoying

I was thinking the same thing @anon80629714 - Glad you are feeling great, but be careful of mania rearing its ugly head - I was very Euphoric - felt on top of the world, a bit too much, turns out that it was Euphoric mania - Lets just say that I felt one with the world

I understand where you’re coming from with that statement about Sz. When I was feeling better I had a chat with my older brother John about my 3 relapses.
Me: “John.Three times in my life now, I have reached the state of Zen. I don’t care anymore about the fear of dying, because I’ve been lucky enough to be 'at one with the world” on several occasions in this lifetime."
Bro: “Pat. That’s not Zen. That’s insanity!!”
Me: “Well maybe you have to go insane to finally become ‘one with everything’…to reach the state of Zen.”
Bro; “Hmmm…”
