We have a large house we struggle to afford.
I just found out there are two new apartment blocks that are subsidized rent for people with mental illnesses. I am hoping I can get a two room apartment for my daughter and I. It really is a beautiful place.

Your daughter also has schizophrenia? I assume that you have to sell your home in order to live in that apartment block.

Yeah i’ve recently moved from a house into a unit complex. It is so much better as our maintenance is lower, we have no garden to look after, and it turns out cheaper in the long run. Hope you get approved.

My daughter is my dependent. I don’t own my house. I rent but I can’t afford it anymore.
