I’ve recently been having bad thoughts, and impending doom feeling’s. I hope I’m not relapsing. I hate this terrible anxiety.

No, no change. I think that this isolation and covid is getting to me.
I am doing very well, I have found methods to cope with hostile thoughts.
It’s not surprising with everything that’s going on that you would feel anxious. Anxiety is awful. When I get that impending doom feeling I just can’t shake the thought that something bad is about to happen. I hope it goes away soon and you feel better.
I know the feeling all too well. I’m sorry you’re going through that. Do grounding techniques or squared breathing help you at all?

It’s worse to be a Pollyanna, to never worry about anything. Because, sooner or later you crash. I would say take your worries seriously and do what you can. Then you can rest knowing you did the best you could.
