If the bill passes it will cut funding for Medicaid by a 700 billion dollars and cut food assistance (SNAP) by 267 billion dollars. Sounds pretty ugly to me.

Sorry to those this affects. Probably wont affect me though, as we wont qualify for food stamps and will likely only have medicare once married. At least not at the current time.

my wife is on medicare…i have been watching this giant trashball of a bill ever since project 2025 was announced.

We have to pay more for our meds due to politics in Sweden.
I don’t know about MAGA, but it seems things are for the worse in the US.
But now I’m going into politics so I’ll leave it at that.

Health cuts is how you go from a strong country to a weaker one. It’s happening in my country too. Hope this trend turns soon.

They’ve already cut my food stamps. I used to get around $60, with the same bills. Now $23. Don’t need Medicaid cuts. I don’t think I even get regular Medicaid anymore.
