My pdoc is thinking of trying me on clozapine. I’m weighing the pros and cons. He told me it was ultimately my decision.
The thing that scares me about Clozapine is the low WBC possibility. But another antipsychotic supplement, Amyloban 3399, raises WBC. That combo is my last resort, if this other stuff I’m trying doesn’t pan out.
Clozapine also is super constipating, so that is kind of worrisome.

Sorry they ain’t working out.
Clozapine can be great for some ppl. I know of two ppl who on it and they can focus surprisingly well. Though one has become morbidly obese on it. But we all different

A bunch like 8 including latuda lithium abilify and amitriptyline. He said he might have to take me off some to be safe

That’s a good idea. Yea clozapine will trump multiple meds I believe
For me Clozapine has been great. It has given a lot back that I had lost, such as poor concentration, irritability, etc. It is worth a try. The only major issue I have is exceed salvation during the night. My pillow would be wet when I wake up. But this can be managed with atropine drops. Good luck with your decision.
