My driving days are over. I’m relieved but also a bit saddened. Such is growing old.

I imagine it may be like literally watching a bit of your independence drive away, and I can understand that. I’m sorry you’re having a rough day @PinCushion, but know I understand and empathize with you. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day. :slight_smile:

I’ve lost independence before. 1. Moving into group living from having my own place. 2. Having to go on oxygen. and 3. Now the car. This is the wind down of life. But, don’t forget, growing old has increases, too. Like new sensitivities that make little things exciting.
