I'm trying to think my way out of negative symptoms

That’s the conclusion I’ve come to.

I’m putting in an awful lot of mental work and what I really need to do is just accept things.

The problem is every so often, once in a blue moon , I’ll get a glimpse of what things are like without negative symptoms. I get a reprieve for very short periods of time.

And that’s what stringing me along.

It’s time to just accept things.
