I’ve never been super consistent with them. But I hallucinate anyways. What’s the point?
They don’t seem to work for me.

They don’t seem to work for me.
Probably a bad idea, if you’re hallucinating on the meds you’re on it probably means you need a different medication or an increased dosage
Please don’t quit your meds. Try taking them as prescribed every day for at least 6 weeks. Perhaps some consistency will help them to work better?
Of course you’re free to do what you want, but for me coming off meds can be harmful to myself and people around me
Don’t mess with your meds, without talking to your doctor.
I take 15 pills a day. I’m sick of it. But I have to.
No I’ve tried different meds. I take a normal dosage.
I don’t think meds solve the problem they just medicate it.
Ill try for 6 weeks
I cry everyday. Everyone’s different but I don’t think meds work for me. I won’t take a huge dose.
If you’ve never been consistent with them, that might be why you’re still hallucinating.
If you’re on new meds, give them at least two months to start working.
Don’t be afraid to take a larger dose or ask your doctor for an increase or a change if you feel your current med and dosis isn’t enough. There’s no shame in that.
And meds aren’t magical, they won’t take away all your symptoms all of a sudden. You’ll also have to learn to live with your symptoms and calm your reaction to them.
Don’t go off meds. If you’re hallucinating on them, imagine how much worse it’ll be off.
If you’re on pills you must take them daily. No skipping doses
I agree I’d be a mess without them
Like @Pikasaur said, the fact that you take them inconsistently may be the reason the meds don’t work for you. Try taking them every day and you may see a big difference.
Going off meds usually ends badly
Some APs interact with other medications (benzos, blood pressure meds) that can actually cause depression. If you’re taking something besides an AP the interaction could be what’s causing you to be so down. It’s happened to me before.
Oh @anon18905566
Have you exhausted all of your med options? It took me two years to get relief. Please give it more time. There is a lot at stake. The cost to go off is high. At the least, you could be in turmoil. At the worst, it can damage your relationships. If you hallucinate on meds, it will probably be much worse off of them.
@anon18905566
Can you tell us why you’re crying everyday? Maybe we can help.
