I'm studying the back of my head again today

It’s quite changeable in my perception. Of course, it can’t be seen but it can be felt - painful but mobile. I’ve been told that headaches than stem from the back of the head have a lot to do with our muscles - the abuse of and misuse of.

Do you get tension headaches a lot? There are stretches that are supposed to help with those. I don’t know if they actually work or not, though.

Yes, I get tension headaches almost constantly. I didn’t know one could stretch one’s head.:slight_smile:

I think it’s more the back of the neck and shoulders that you stretch since those are the muscles that are actually tight. I’ll see if I can find the video I watched.

This isn’t the one I watched to learn about the stretches, that was in the middle of some other long how to video, but this video looks like it’s got the stretches. Might be worth a shot.
