I have to talk with my nurse practitioner tomorrow. My loved ones are noticing clearly more than me. How do y’all cope?
The best thing to do is talk to your medical team like you’re going to do.
Try and rest and take care of yourself. Depression is so hard because we don’t feel like doing any of the things that it will take to make us feel better like taking a shower or making a balanced meal. But it’s important to try to force yourself to do these things the best you can to get yourself out of the depression faster. It’s understandable that you would be depressed right now.
Get up. Get a shower with the best stuff you have on hand. Clean clothes. Put on make up or do your hair in your favorite way. When you feel you look better, you begin to feel better.

I need to get out more like walk around the block. Have lunch outside. They said I have no reason to be depressed. They’re right though.
You are going through a lot with your Dad.
I felt depressed last night.
I hope you feel better soon @roxanna.
What helped my depression was finding hobbies. Granted the negative symptoms can get in the way but got to push past them.
I find distracting myself helps. And being in nature or watching the birds.
I might sound strange but I watch birds their life how they take care of each other and talk to other birds.
doesn’t sound strange at all. That’s a great hobby.
I do the same !
I also find birdwatching very satisfying. I hope you feel better soon.
