As a matter of fact, I have decided to re read the Feeling Good Handbook by David Burns - I am going to go over it with my therapist during sessions.

I just finished cbt it was good reduced symptoms a lot starting cat soon anyone have experience with this? Wish you all the best xx

Let us know how that goes. Never had heard of it.

Neither have j till they told me about it xx it is 18-24 sessions 1 a week same time same room xxx should be good to try anyway
