I haven’t smoked a cigarette since July 3rd 2021. I am so proud of myself… I have no addictions. It was alot of work but it’s worth it

That’s really awesome, the first month is the hardest, most people fail. Good for you. It only gets easier from here, I quit 13 years ago and I don’t think about smoking at all anymore, and I live with 2 heavy smokers.
