seems longer than that. my niece was still in university when i quit haha. it’s only been 2 months, o my, i don’t think about smoking, and i can still go to the gas station without purchasing cigarettes. sleeping is hit or miss still, some nights i sleep 10 hours some nights i sleep 5 hours.

Good job. I’m over 10 years now. A decade of not smoking from a history of 14 and a pack a day till 39…that kind of history is good to let go of and so much better for you!

Awesome, it’ll just gets easier and easier.
It took a few years for my lungs to recover after smoking for 17 years but when I was able to mow the lawn without running out of breath I was so happy. Plus the money I’ve saved too.
