I'm seeing my pdoc first thing in the morning

I really don’t have too much to say to her. My meds are pretty good. The nightmares have mostly stopped so I don’t need to add a medicine for that. I honestly wish I could just cancel it and go in another month to check in but it’s too early in the morning to cancel. It’s like the first appointment of the day. Next time I think I’ll ask to wait 2 month to see her, once a month is not needed for me right now.

Hey @Leaf . I’m often in the same boat. I do really well these days but I still like to catch up. My psydoc loves cricket so we talk about that. He usually just asks the same old questions…sees I’m doing well but how much rubbish I can talk about the world of cricket and then we move on…

I still think it’s good to catch up every 6 weeks at least. Just in case because I know how bloody hard it is to see or hear from him in an emergency. It just doesn’t happen so I say to you…go. Maybe cut it back to 6 weeks but after that just touch base…always pays to keep a little time up your sleeve with a good psydoc!

As Rogueone said, I like to keep a relationship with my med provider.

When my meds are off, I may know I’m not doing well, but often I don’t know if I should raise them or lower them. Therefore, I like to have a provider who can look me over when I can’t articulate what I need.
