I must admit for the first time that this forum has taught me to recognize my sz symptoms better and earlier and taught me to stick to my meds for better recovery. I think its a little over a year that I am here and I am better than before joining, I was a mess before from not recognizing Abilify and sz bad symptoms. Before joining I had periods where I stopped my meds and went psychotic. Also helped me recognize my sz irritability which was fixed with a dosage increase. I used to get in trouble a lot but not anymore.

Years ago in another time I was coming off psychosis thinking I’d deveolped a different personality. I was that clueless. It was nice to see others going through what I was and giving some good advice. I left for years as a pretty ordinary member but came back years later. It’s still a nice place and it holds some good memories for me so it’s good to payback and help out a bit.
