Im on clozapine for 23 months but not enough improvement.....what do i do now

do I change meds or is clozapine the only answer…im on 900mg clozpine

Have you been on all the other meds Karl?

If not, any medicine could be the answer.

If it were me I’d keep trying other meds. There’s a lot out there. But that’s just what I’d do.

Hi. You can add lamotrigine. Here are some other meds that could help;

I also take clozapine and have been on it for 8 years. It’s the best med for me. I also take supplemets with it like antidepressant and other antipsychotics.
