I’ve watched pretty much every video on schizophrenia on youtube. When I first was diagnosed, I would just watch videos about our illness all day long. Not so much anymore, although I’ll watch a new video I haven’t seen yet
I heard, that in Japan, they changed the name of schizophrenia to ‘‘integrational disorder’’, something like this…
I am obsessed with this illness too a lot. Maybe itll change.
Here in Belgium they often use the term “psychotic vulnerability”.
I think its like with every chronic illness. The Patient becomes its own doctor and know what is good or bad to treat the illness. Unfortunately Schizophrenia is complex and takes time to learn.
I find it strange there aren’t that many videos on youtube about SZ.
