Love for you all

I want you all to know that I love you: I’ve lived with the schizophrenic label, I want you to know: they don’t know what it’s like. People deserve their viewpoint to be respected. Love yourself, because you’re important.

I’ve been coming here for years. For a while my attitude really sucked and I wasn’t a postiive member but I came back after some years and realised why I like this place…there’s people here I respect and admire and they all have gone through the rigors of a serious mental illness. And. I like these people. They are my sisters and brothers.

Are you in depression. People say like this before… (I don’t want to say.)

Thanks, it’s called a stigma, the label I mean. The word schizophrenia calls up ideas in people’s minds of psychopaths and mentally ill people shouting at trees. Most of all these thoughts feel like schizophrenia is trying to steal our dignity as humans.

No. I’m happy, very happy. Calm. Just wanted to show some appreciation for you all.

It could be that people don’t understand, as ironic as that is. A “schizophrenic” might not understand something that everyone does when they’re having trouble thinking. All these people are just having trouble thinking, they don’t know how a schizophrenic person could exist. In their mind, there are labels and diagnoses and they don’t know how to make sense of the fact there’s a human in there.

I think different. As you enter schizophrenia, you deal with supernatural. It all is the thoughts related mechanism of genes of the brain. Thoughts are not only words but thoughts have included body and mind of the person who originated it, only difference is that its shape is not human but different creature.

Good point. A lot of times, people can’t see past the label

That’s an indication that their thinking faculties are not working as well as they could be. Maybe they’re having cognitive symptoms from a health problem?

A lack of experience, with the real world perhaps.

I think it’s just a case of judging a book by its cover. We all do it at times

Yeah. People have a function of their genetic history to say that something is what they initially think, to make quick decisions. Makes sure you stay alive in a primitive world, but in today’s world is a weakness. You can’t say that something is what is says just because the label says so, you find this in scams and things. The telemarketer seems like they’re just trying to help you get a good deal, no strings attatched.

Explain more about thoughts being more than words. Sounds fascinating.

I think our thoughts have physical effects on our body, they have a physical manifestation. What do you think

I agree, thoughts can have a very physical and emotional effect on us as well

@Justus2 , do you think, what creature originated from Karl Marx brain which disturbed Russia and China. Means thoughts forms of creature, the supernatural element.

There is a supernatural quality to imagination in the mental world, you can invent objects in your head that don’t yet exist in the outside world. Focusing all your time on this could be unbeneficial, but works come from thought. There is a life to thought, it enables an existence that is counterintuitive to our concrete way of thinking about the world in everyday life. But it meshes with it somewhere.
