I am not a mean person, had people yell at me 24-7, and I don’t know what to do about my problems, I am overwhelmed by them.

I’m not sure clozapine is working out for you. You need to speak to your psychiatrist about what your options are because you shouldn’t be feeling like this.
Some people here have had bad luck with clozapine but then found another med that worked instead.

You could also ask your doctor about adding another antipsychotic to Clozaril.
