I started yelling at neighbors again. I feel stupid. I’m sick and paranoid. @77nick77 rogue has told me. And even the universe told me to not give a ■■■■ what others think. I guess I have to stay inside forever. I don’t know what to do.

Have you tried clozapine? That is usually the last resort med.

I pass out on clozapine. My blood pressure drops. Don’t get me wrong it’s a miracle for folks. I think it’s me not the meds but I could be wrong.

I’m sorry to hear that however yelling at the neighbours is just gonna cause problems plus I’m not trying to be rude but it could be your mind playing tricks on you

Is that low dose clozapine alone or polypharmacy with like 5 other medicines ? If it’s the latter ,it might be the reason why you passed out
Roxana I was in your shoes a long time ago and I understand your actions. I was on the brink of acting out years ago but I was able to keep it inside.
The only comfort I Can offer you is that psychosis often improves with aging.

@roxanna , I don’t have a great solution, but I’m sorry you have to endure this.
Did you ever try Niacin or Niacinamide(vitamin B3)? It’s a over the counter supplement sold in healthstores.
I find that it quiets my inner voice when I have used it. 500mg daily has been a good dose for me. The only minus is that your skin will flush for about 1 hour sometime after ingestion if you take the niacin version. The niacinamide version does not have this side effect though, so might be a better choice.
Avoid it if you have liverproblems though as it possibly can be hard on the liver.
Might be worth a shot if you have exhausted the medication route.
