Anyone else out there a fan of this legendary, blues singer?
Damn he’s so awesome! His voice and guitar playing were just stellar.
It kinda struck me while I was listening to this CD that what made him so great was a lot of the distance he created between his chords and guitar licks.
I truly love the blues.
I’m familiar with him but not really into the blues. Saying that. I had a friend who went through a Muddy Waters phase. He only had one tape and used to go to sleep listening to that one record on repeat…Every NIght. I’m still not sure I have recovered mentally from this all these years later
