I feel a touch on my arm or chest, and then a woman’s voice says my name in a whisper, but she’s not there when I look for her. She also says “your time is up”.

I’m scare and thinkig this means I’m gonna die soon, develop a terrible disease and suffer to death, because I deserve it, because there’s something bad inside me.

Im trying to dismiss it, but I can feel my heart getting sick and I know it’s gonna fail. I have a doctor’s sappointment tomorrow and will tell her this. I’m scared to sgo on antipsychotics again. What do you think she’ll say ?

If you cant come to realization that it isnt real then you may need some medication support. Talk to your doc about it

Sorry of what you have to go trough. Sounds scarry. I hope your pdoc apointement will clarify it.
