Im gonna try not listening and believing what the voices say

i had a better day today because i didnt believe the voices were real and tried not believing what they say. I felt better but the voices are still trying to get my attention in a bad way i can hear it. But ive decided i have the choice whether to believe im just mentally or or really hearing voices that are real spirits. I dont have to believe they are real…

I don’t hear voices but I know it must be frustrating. Take no notice of them and keep doing what your doing by realising it’s just an illness.

When i realized nothing they say is true my life got a lot better, if its not for the physical attacks i could have a normal life now

They say “you’re gonna die tonight”,
night comes and nothing.
They say “you will die at the last day
of the month”, end of month comes,
nothing.

So they’re full of shĩt.
But i always fall in their trap.

I get into arguments with my voices. I’m sorry you’re having to hear them.

Mine tell me everybody will think I’m a sex offender then they will kill me.

I still get told everybody wants to kill me every night.

Some times I feel like responding to the voices; however, most times I just listen.
I begin to think they are real people, speaking to me through their minds or a microphone.
I still have delusions.

my voices were full of it too… mostly… they said i would die around age 34… but i’m 40 already and i’m still around now…

Whatever they can think of they can do, pain in all areas of the body, pushing, heat, pens and needles, make me sick i dont know how they do that one

It could be a random hallucination SuDuMa; or the imagination being used to give you that feeling or sensation.
