I used to do one productive thing a day and sure enough all those “one things” started to add up. I then went through a rough patch and stopped doing this.
So I’m going to try to pick up the habbit again.

Good luck! You can do this!
Thanks !
Can you tell us some examples of productive things you did, cause knowing what is productive is very hard, at least for me, although I’m familiar with your poems,
Like today I phoned my doctor to schedule blood tests for Wednesday. So on Wednesday my productive thing will be getting blood tests (hopefully).
Having a shower will probably be my productive thing for tomorrow. Again hopefully.
The best thing to do is just make a to-do list of all the things you want to do. Then try to do one of them every day.
I am excited to try a new approach I’m calling “a bullsh*t week”.
For me it means that I’ll be trying hard one week and then breaking down on the other, systematically.
It better fits the way I tend to function. I’m tired of consistency.
If it will work I’ll be posting about it
For sure managing chores of life is a productive thing, being clean is productive, sorry for being rude, I just wanted to show you how important are these things, I know how hard is doing sth like taking bath or going for medical tests for a sz, I bow to you and beg for pardon,
I respect you,
Sounds like a good plan @everhopeful.
Good luck to you!
Idk everyone is different. I can do like 10 productive things in a day and not feel tired. like attend a class, get a blood test, go for a long walk, visit a friend, etc… But you’re on the right track. I think trying your best is the important thing.
Lately I feel like I don’t have enough time to do everything I want to in a day. I have to do some domestic things and and other things and I find that their is not enough time in the day, especially to play video games.
Yeah good policy.
You do it with little steps and one step at a time! It really can make such a big difference to your life!
Good for you!
It’s a good thing to do so…
do hygienics count?
(if not then I’m pleased as it means I can overlook them)
