Hit it with everything. I personally think your gut got messed up from being on a high dose of antibiotics for so long. You need to eat yogurt with probiotics and replace the good bacteria after taking antibiotics. I thought you said you should stay away from gluten. If you are sensitive to it, it will hurt your gut.
Just speaking from experiences with my gut issues.

I’m just going to do what the doctor said… She really prepped me for everything I think and she did say get more fiber in my diet after it’s gone. Thank you though I appreciate it
this can help for some people, and make it worse for others. also depends on the type of fiber. some types slow down digestion which will make more water be removed and can make u constipated and soem types dont do that. soluble and insoluble but i cant remember which one does what. i think fiber makes things worse for me
