I let people bother me. I know I can ignore them so why does my illness do this? So what if they call me names. I’m not on first grade you know. Frankly I’m just ■■■■■■■ tired.

I understand what you’re saying, but it’s hard to hear insults all the time and not let yourself be hurt by it

I sometimes think my ‘neighbhors’ talk about me because I ‘hear’ them and ‘see them’ as in patterns and I think I’m being ‘watched’ as the local neighbhorhood schizophrenic, but I take a biblical perspective and say ‘love thy neighbhor’. It helps me as does medication…
