i came across a social anxiety grup on meetup.com… its going well …we talk in a therapeutic way about our anxiety…I feel ive met potential friends in this group…its good to get support

curiious what the ages of the people there were

I joined a social anxiety meetup here in portland but they never meet

they range in ages from late teens to 50/60s
