I’m a crappy person on so many levels. But I don’t give a crap. I need it. I had a crappy day. And I miss my Mom.
I just had one too. Don’t get down on yourself.
Enjoy your burger and start fresh tomorrow.
Even the strictest diets have cheat days/meals.
Sometimes you need it. Just don’t do it everyday. Drink something hot and comforting too.
It’s ok @Leaf hugs)))
Thanks @Wave (((hugs)))
Thanks @TomCat @GoldenRex @anon78876561
Im sorry you had a tough day and I hope you enjoyed the burger… tomorrow is a new day !!!
Once in a while its ok but if you do it regularly I would remove the bacon as it has the most calories and fat. Personally I don’t like bacon, I like ham more. I like burgers but not with bacon.
Thanks @anon80629714 ok @anon67051439 I know you’re right
oh man I would kill for a bacon cheeseburger right now…haha
I had to stop eating bacon cheeseburgers because my favorite restaurant closed because of COVID-19.
Well if you were here I would totally give you a bite.
I’m sorry about that
Sometimes you just need to hug yourself
I stepped on the scale yesterday and found out I’ve gained 10-12 pounds. I spent today feeling both fat and hungry. No more food comfort for me for awhile
I wish I had the metabolism I used to have.
feeling fat and hungry at the same time is awful. I’m sorry
Last time I was this big it was because I was eating tons of chocolate covered granola bars all day. I merely cut those out and the ten pounds fell off. All I can think to do is stop eating seconds… I went from eating one fast food entree per visit to eating two, and from eating dinner by itself to dinner with a huge side of fries. Hopefully by cutting back to one entree and no sides (except maybe a salad) will do the same thing this time around.
Awe @Leaf. You are such a cool person so don’t beat yourself up about little things. We all need to have little trials in our lives and we need some comfort sometimes. Just because in my life a cream donut is good for comfort isn’t a bad thing.
Hugs. We’re all human but on these hard meds…
If you do it on any day today is an appropriate one. Just don’t do it habitually. I had trouble myself when I lost my Dad and can’t imagine life without my Mom although I know it’s likely to happen. There’s nothing crappy about loving your parents.
