When I was 40, i thought I was near the end of my road. I never imagined that I would turn 55 some day.
But time flies and I’m very much happy to still be around.
It is a great privilege to live.
I know I don’t contribute much to the forum but I’m on the forum every day and I appreciate each one of you because you make this a pleasant place. Have a great day people.

Happy birthday. I’m 52 in a week or so and I’d agree. Life is fun and worth living and I hang onto every minute these days no matter how mundane.
I thought my 30’s were so good. Got diagnosed at 29. Got married and moved overseas at 32. Separated at 2004 and moved back home to Australia. Got divorce probably 2006 or so…Jeeze those 30’s were great…40’s went ever so quick! I feel pissed off that time went by that quickly.

I’ll be 39 this year and I definitely don’t believe my life is over. Great things may lie ahead, it’s up to us to turn dreams into reality.
