I'm 40 this year. Want to turn 40 with a bang

I’m going to Nepal in June for 22 days, going to Turkey in September for 10 days.

My birthday is November. Don’t know whether to cancel Turkey in Sep and go with a staff member to Turkey in Nov or go to Thailand on my own for 3 weeks.

3 weeks in Thailand with spending money will cost less then 10 days in Turkey with staff… plus I’d still be able to visit Turkey in September. To take staff to Turkey with me will cost me 5k just for the staff hours and their holiday costing but I like the company and I have been away with them twice before and had a fantastic time… What should I do?

Spent my 39th at st Lucia. Might decide to go somewhere for my 40th but I don’t wanna spend it flying. Maybe on a train to Paris. .

Last time you traveled without any staff it did not go well for you. Maybe better to skip the sept trip and make sure your birthday is the most fun it can possibly be. Turning 40 on a vacation sounds way better than turning 40 in a mental hospital.
