After living an average life, full of obligations and pain, you die and you see there’s life after death and you had to choose between live all the eternity like an average person, following rules or do whatever you want, what would you do?
first of all, if i was ever told i could get off medicine and be able to manage my sza by myself i would be ecstatic. my mind works at a drug free level but my actions dont, because I’m unable to do so right now.
I miss the purity i felt being drug free.
I play the cards I’m dealt.
OK, no problem I respect that point of view. But I would choose to do whatever I want, and with that I mean I would jump like a monkey and spit in the authorities face while running saying “I’m the king of the world!”
Yeah, life is so unfair. But you only have one life, and I think I’m not enjoying enough
Same. What’s dead should stay dead.
I’d want to follow the rules in the afterlife, average or not.
i find it hard to believe that people actually have a concept of “staying dead”. how does that make sense. would it just be utter blackness or what?
like, all you have ever known is life and existence so its not possible to have a concept of nothingness. how do you explain nothingness? even nothing is still something. I’m baffled
it’s like trying to explain where you were before you were born, it’s impossible.
Biocentrism is one reason I believe that there is life after death, basically the idea is that you can’t ever not be conscious in your mind, whatever thought process “you” is, but you can appear unconscious to others.
Say a millennium passes before you’re “awoken” on the other side, it’ll be like an instant to you.
exactly. 151515
i believe every human is born with essential knowledge like a higher power, concept of time, and a belief in something after life, like a natural “hope”.
think about it, we dont wake up every day just to say, this is it. your brain cannot fathom that. everyone naturally has more hope than that.
I don’t get the question. Sorry.
