I am female and my ideal, if I were in a relationship, is like twice a week or so.

Whether you are single or not, please say whether you are male or female and what your ‘ideal’ (if you had your way) amount of sex is. I am just curious.

It’s a fair amount of sex. I’ve been more active than that, and have calmed down a little since.

Male, 3-4 times a week. Though the meds im on kill my sex drive. I only get horny about once a week.

You can’t really calculate it. Now on 6mg Risperdal which is known to kill sex drive sometimes its twice a day sometimes less.

Sometimes I went a week no sex, it depends on my mood I guess.

I think a lot of it depends on age, medications and such. I honestly don’t know how much I would want sex if I could have it anytime I want. I’ll go with 4 times a week I guess but I’m really not sure how much I would want to have it if I could have it anytime. If it were convenient and I was bored maybe more, lol.

Wow! That’s a LOT! Holy moses :slight_smile: The most I ever had was 10 times in one day and we ended up breaking up because my appetite wasn’t in sync with his. We didn’t have sex the whole day but just about.

I don’t want to be a Negative Nancy and say that sex is gross. But like. Sex is kinda gross. There’s fluids involved, and smells, and sometimes noises? People are getting sweaty? No thanks.

Even though my ideal is to be in love and have sex twice a week, I have been single since 2015 and go solo every other day or so. I’ve met a lot of asexual (don’t want sex) and it’s certainly a valid choice.

I’m not on my Risperdal so I started a topic recently about having my first orgasm (via going solo) in 9 months. It’s nice to have my libido come back.

I used to go solo once a day. I would get distracted if I didn’t. My sex drive is lower now don’t know if aging had any effect or just the meds.
