My uncle has parkinsons. I do so much better than him either though he’s way richer and all.

They got a surgery called corneal cross linking to stop the progression buts it’s like $4200 an eye and I ain’t got that kinda cash

I was also had cryopexy surgery in both of my eyes before being SZ, in the year 1993.

Am a Google that to find out what that is

To avoid retinal detachment because of myopia is cryopexy surgery.

I see that sucks man life is full all kinds tribulations

I’d rather be blind in a wheelchair than have sz. But only if I had friends and things to do while I’m in a wheelchair.

I rather have schizophrenia

I do t see much point in comparing disabilities to decide which one is worse. If you had a different disability, you would learn how to adapt, same as with your sz. Human beings are very good at learning how to cope with major changes.

That’s a good point at the same time y so serious ? it’s just a something to talk about and pass the time with all whining on here it’s good to point out that it could be worse

I saw someone with cerebral palsy wheeled out of a session with my old psychiatrist on a cart. Pdoc said, “You see? It can always be worse.”
