I wish there were

specific treatments for flat affect. It’s tough getting the looks you get when you look like you’re angry all the time. Has anyone improved there affect and how?

I covered up my symptoms for decades before I was diagnosed. So I can cover up my flat effect now when I want. It’s just acting.

Whether or not I should be doing it, is another matter…
