Wouldn’t it be nice if all of us schizophrenics could meet in real life? A bad idea maybe, but it sure would be nice to talk to people irl who also share the illness. In a couple of centuries vehicular travel will be so fast and advanced that future schizophrenics will be able to befriend one another in real life. Maybe by then they’ll be a cure too.

There seems to be at least a few people in the San Francisco area. Would love to meet them over coffee just to talk about the illness. I know that most people here are very particular about their privacy though so I don’t see that ever happening.

I’m not everyone’s cup of tea and some on the forum ignore me but I think some would be happy to be friends with me.
A lot of us don’t have friends.
But we have each other and the forum.

I’ve had the pleasure of voice chatting with a few members of the forum. You all seem like cool people. I played Red Dead Redemption 2 online briefly with @Qwerty. She’s really cool and easy to talk to. @agent101g and I have had a few bouts in Super Smash Bros Ultimate and we played Fallout 76 a few times before that. He’s a real good dude. We talked about the illness a little and about video games. And of course @Etch-A-Sketch, we played Final Fantasy XV on the multiplayer portion. The game was alright but playing and talking with Etch made it a lot more fun. So far it’s been nice to talk with people from here. I’d imagine meeting up would be cool.
Montezuma also is a real good person. It’d be nice if we could have a schizophrenia.com barbeque with everyone hah.

The chances of me meeting someone from my city on here is so slim lol
But it would be nice to meet the people on here, even if i would leave after 15 mins and become a monk hermit for the next 3 months because i used up all my social energy in that 15 mins.
