I’ve enough coffee pods to last me for a month. I think I’ll stop buying them after that. If I switch back to instant coffee it’ll be cheaper and I can hopefully quit.
Are you a bad coffee addict? If you don’t drink in excess don’t worry about it
I don’t enjoy the taste of coffee like I used to.
I am limiting the amount to 1 or 2 cups lately.
I’m back to using instant coffee.
Maybe I’ll quit soon too.
Who knows.
I don’t really drink in excess but I don’t feel it’s helping and is making me slightly worse.
I am drinking decaffeinated coffee at the moment.
Coffee. Coffee coffee coffee. My oh my coffee. How sweet the sound. I love coffee.
The headache alone after stopping is what keeps me drinking it, but I’m drinking one instead of two cups (and more) per day.
Coffee increase the attention level
High amount of coffee causing sudden increasing in the attention level, the possibility of bad effect.
Take teeny amount of coffee, hour after hour during working hours ,will increase the attention level by teeny degree each hour ,and this has no bad effect on the mental /biological functions
switch to black tea. You can add milk and sugar. This will help you quit coffee. I recommend Twinnings Earl Grey or English breakfast
I take it ever so often now. Sometimes I won’t drink it. Today I made a pot had one cup. Yesterday had a cup at moms house then had expresso at coffee shop. So it varies for me. 0-2 cups a day I don’t think there’s negatives but ever since I stopped klonopin I stopped craving it…
Well my stash of strong coffee pods has run out. I’m using the remainder of the weaker coffee pods now.
I stopped making drip coffee for the simple reason that I can’t make a tasty cup even if my life depended on it. It always tastes like licking a hobo’s foot.
I have an instant French vanilla coffee that tastes decent though.
Indeed. I have at least 5 cups a day. Funny thing is, my genetic test on 23andme says I am more sensitive to caffeine than normal people.
Have you tried decaff?
I’m addicted to the caffeine buzz. So decaf won’t do for now.
