I have to live in Israel at all costs

Today I was for many hours at the health club, did aerobic training, for some reason my hat wasn’t there, so I didn’t go to the sauna. In the evening, I spent several hours with religious folks, and lasted longer than most people there, and someone praised me for that. The bottom line is I have to resist, I have to resist these intrusive thoughts and try to improve my situation within Israel.
