I’ve read the study stating that regular masturbation before age 30 is correlated with decreased risk of prostate issues later in life. Hopefully that holds true for me. I am nearing 40. No longer addicted to pr0n now. Still do it sometimes though.

Imho people who hate themselves for doing it should refrain more. And people who don’t feel remorse may keep doing it. Simple as that.
